He adopts an organic and curved aesthetic, creating a bold, sophisticated and timeless style through his three different collections. Each piece is unique and handcrafted. Each piece can be made to order in bespoke wood essences, colors and dimensions. Julien Vermeulen, a resolutely modern feather-maker, has chosen feathers as his preferred medium, to which he gives a sculptural and pictorial force. For the last PAD London, Julien Vermeulen presented a monumental and hypnotic installation of six feather panels entitled “Echoes of Infinity”, as well as a mesmerizing triptych. All his creations are unique pieces. The artist also works to order, creating bespoke projects.
